"A Safe Space to Feel, Heal, and Move Forward"
What led me to helping people improve their life.
What led me to this work is my deep sensitivity to the emotions of others. I’ve always had a natural ability to listen with empathy and intuition—really hearing what’s being said, and often what isn’t. I’ve found that holding space for someone in this way can be incredibly powerful, and it's what gives me a true sense of purpose.
Over time, I’ve brought together my counselling skills with modern coaching methods, blending emotional depth with forward momentum. This allows me to support people not only in healing from the past, but also in building a more fulfilling, purposeful life. Helping others feel less stuck, more connected, and more at ease in themselves is at the heart of why I do what I do.
How Do I Work?
In my work as a counsellor, I blend a compassionate, humanistic approach with evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). This combination allows me to support clients in a way that is both deeply empathetic and practical—especially when working through anxiety, depression, or that difficult sense of feeling stuck in life.
The humanistic approach means I see you as a whole person—not a problem to be solved. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are truly heard and respected. From this foundation of trust and kindness, we can begin to gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
CBT and ERP help us look at patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be keeping you stuck, while offering tools to manage and reduce distress in a manageable, step-by-step way. These approaches are especially effective for things like anxiety, OCD, and low mood—but I always tailor our work to your unique needs.
Alongside this, I also bring in modern coaching techniques to help you move forwards with more purpose and direction. Whether you're wanting to make changes in your relationships, career, self-confidence, or everyday life, coaching adds a dynamic, future-focused layer to our work. Together, we explore what a fulfilling life looks like for you—and how to begin creating it.
My goal is to support you not only in feeling better, but in living better—with more clarity, self-connection, and joy.
